Humor Name Game by Jeffrey Miller August 21, 2003 written by Jeffrey Miller August 21, 2003 It’s revealing that Arnold Schwarzenegger whose positions make him a “Cafeteria Catholic” picks an advisor with a last name spelled Buffet. Just how Rob Lowe can he go? 4 comments 0 FacebookTwitterGoogle +Pinterest Jeffrey Miller previous post Cool next post Incensed over incense You may also like Archbishop George Lucas June 3, 2009 Feast of the Chair of Peter February 22, 2006 The Pope's Guardian Angel July 29, 2009 Stuff Catholics Like May 2, 2008 Failed Business Ideas March 6, 2004 This is parody, at least for a little... His positions contradict the Faith more than any other Catholic politician that I am aware of, except for maybe his uncle-in-law, the senior senator from Massachusetts. Catholicism isn’t a buffet (pardon the pun Warren). You can’t just pick and choose what you want. Reply Jeff Miller August 22, 2003 - 9:33 am His positions on homosexuality and abortion are really no different than the majority of Catholics in politics. Every Catholic Democrat in national politics unapologetically espouse those views and some Catholic Republicans politicians such as Rudolf Giuliani and Tommy Thompson also embrace the culture of death. Reply Erik Keilholtz August 22, 2003 - 12:30 pm I am pretty sure that Arnold was raised at least nominally Catholic. It’s too bad he married a Kennedy instead of a Catholic.
