Limited religious preaching, religion as a private matter with Christ kept in the closet, and evolution being taught, it’s an atheist’s dream. Reply Ed Pie February 19, 2007 - 12:29 pm We try to show Christ through our actions This part sounded good. Most of the (admittedly few) street preachers I’ve seen didn’t seem to have much of a knack or charism for anything but annoying passersby, which is not necessarily the same think as tweaking their consciences. not our education Okay, I laughed out out at this part. ‘n several others. Reply E February 19, 2007 - 5:53 pm I was visiting a “Catholic” University last year, they where actually handing out school sponsored “Place of Worship Guides” that encouraged students to do things like check out the local Buddhist temple. One of the students who was giving me a tour of the University was telling me all about how “open minded” the school was, she obviously didn’t know that I was a practicing Catholic. That was right about when I tossed any thought of going to that school out. Also the fact they were showing despicable plays at the school.
