He called on Mr. Bush to build a coalition based on the permanent members of the United Nations Security Council, have the coalition endorse the U.N. plan for an interim Iraqi government and establish a high commissioner to oversee the transition.
On the way into work today I heard Laura Ingraham say the following in response to Mr. Kerry’s plan for Iraq which is basically being humble and bowing before the UN. “This is not a plan it is an Ophrah segment.” Kerry’s use of the word humble to me brings visions of Dicken’s Uriah Heep continuous saying how ‘umble he was.
