When Justice Clarence Thomas was once asked about Al Gore’s comment on the Constitution as a “living, breathing document,” he took out a copy that he carries from his coat pockets. He studied and thoughtfully then remarked:
“My copy is inanimate.”
Keep your eyes peeled for the pest/nuisance floating around Prof Bainbridge’s blog. Frankly, he’s very persistent.
