I got this book in response to a couple of my family members who have cancer. I appreciated that it wasn’t flowery and over-the-top in sentimentality. It is brief, but a satisfying length. For those who are believing Catholics, it is a good reminder of what is real and what is dust and I appreciated the practicality of it. For those who are struggling with faith, it may offer them some clear direction and comfort. For atheists, I don’t think it will do a thing for them.
