Link NARAL's Poster Competition by Jeffrey Miller March 11, 2004 written by Jeffrey Miller March 11, 2004 Otto-da-Fe offers some posters for NARAL’s poster competition that were not part of their mix. I had also done some in the past for a Banned Parenthood competition. 7 comments 0 FacebookTwitterGoogle +Pinterest Jeffrey Miller previous post Pet Seminary next post Inculturation You may also like Interview August 3, 2005 Studies in contrast April 22, 2005 Blog happenings May 30, 2003 Why everyone logs on to Father Z March 1, 2008 I detect a disturbance in the atheist force July 20, 2014 Here and there and geek stuff May 5, 2005 What is this phenomenon? Mr. Lams’s posters will not load, unfortunately, so I can’t check to see whether I’ve unconsciously plagiarized him. Reply Jeff Miller March 11, 2004 - 4:38 pm I remember that Victor did use the Rosie the Riveter poster for one of his posters. I think he broke the link because too many people were linking directly to his server. Reply Otto Hiss March 11, 2004 - 8:56 pm I’ve accordingly altered Rosie. You will now find on Rosie’s muscular form the wizened head of Kate Michelman. She would do the same for me. Reply Christine March 12, 2004 - 3:51 pm Ok, these were some of the funniest posters I have ever seen, you ingenious and clever men. I hope you were serious about having submitted them to Planned Parenthood. Reply victor March 13, 2004 - 10:46 am Due to popular demand, I’ve relinked all seven of my PP 30th Anniversary Posters. Start here for the first one and then scroll down to Thursday, December 05, 2002. Reply Jeff Miller March 13, 2004 - 11:23 am Victor, I am glad you relinked them. Christine, I did submit my poster to them. I never got any reply. Not even a thanks. Reply Otto Hiss March 14, 2004 - 11:55 am Mr. Lams, Thank you for re-posting, and my sincerest apologies for regurgitating your Rosie. (Ugh–what a sentence.) And I did submit mine to NARAL, but haven’t heard anything. Maybe they’ll be in the running for the next contest.
