I think it’s in doubt that the Democrats ever even wanted to pass a bankruptcy bill — the Democrats have always been week on bankruptcy legislation. In Pennsylvania, the Democrats are trumpeting Christian Muniz, a 35-year-old state house candidate who recently filed bankruptcy, as did his campaign manager Tim Scott.
