Colossians 3:12-17
Put on then, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved,
\ncompassion, kindness, lowliness, meekness, and patience, forbearing one another
\nand, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord
\nhas forgiven you, so you also must forgive. And above all these put on love,
\nwhich binds everything together in perfect harmony. And let the peace of Christ
\nrule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in the one body. And be
\nthankful. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teach and admonish one
\nanother in all wisdom, and sing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs with
\nthankfulness in your hearts to God. And whatever you do, in word or deed, do
\neverything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father
\nthrough him.<\/p>\n
Holy Mother of God,
hear the prayers of the Church
for all
\nmothers,
especially those wearied by life
and overcome by the
\nsuffering
they bear for their children.<\/p>\n
Hail Mary…<\/p>\n
O Mother of the Word Incarnate,
intercede for them
from your place in
\nheaven,
that the mercy of your divine Son
might lighten their
\nburden
and give them strength.<\/p>\n

I know of another family which
\nused to pray for unborn children every Friday night. They chose Friday because
\nthat’s when Christ, innocent and without sin, was sent to the cross. There’s no
\nprayer more powerful than that said over little folded hands asking God to “take
