\nas wicked. I thought if she considered herself wicked what in the world was I to
\nmake of myself, or maybe that she was practicing some kind of false modesty –
\nwhich would be totally our or character for her. I had not yet learned the
\nlesson that the saints never compared themselves to other people but always saw
\nthemselves in relationship to God. Well actually, I have to keep relearning that
\nlesson and bringing myself out of “I glad I’m not like that sinner”
