On Wednesday, they called for a deeper investigation into the<br \/>\ndeath of former Liverpool dock worker Reginald Crew.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#6666FF\">Crew, 74, killed himself last month by taking a fatal<br \/>\ndose of barbiturates provided by the Swiss organization Dignitas.
