Earlier last week, [current<br \/>\nowner Clarence Love Sr.] tacked terse notices, written in English, to tenants&#8217;<br \/>\ndoors saying that they were being evicted.<\/p>\n<p>Love must evict all the<br \/>\ntenants before Habitat for Humanity will take over the project and begin<br \/>\nbuilding. Their plan calls for 40 new homes to be built on the site over the<br \/>\nnext four years.<br \/><\/font><\/p>\n<p><font color=#3333ff>&#8230;Those families are scrambling to find housing, but<br \/>\ntheir options are limited.
