He spent much of his life in England, but is back in South Carolina now. I reviewed his book <a href=\"http:\/\/www.splendoroftruth.com\/curtjester\/archives\/005437.php\">Adventures in Orthodoxy<\/a> before and so has Julie <a href=\"http:\/\/happycatholic.blogspot.com\/2004\/05\/standing-things-on-their-heads.html\">at Happy Catholic<\/a>. I also recently read his <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aquinasandmore.com\/index.cfm\/FuseAction\/Store.ItemDetails\/SKU\/1665\/affiliate\/TheCurtJeste4635\">St. Benedict and St. Therese: The Little Rule &amp; the Little Way<\/a>. He has a great Chestertonian way of looking at things and writing in such as way to make you look more closely to.<\/p>\n<p class=\"blog\">On another note of former Anglican&#8217;s now a priest. Fr. George Rutler celebrated his 25th anniversary as a priest yesterday. I loved his book <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aquinasandmore.com\/index.cfm\/FuseAction\/Store.ItemDetails\/SKU\/2241\/affiliate\/TheCurtJeste4635\">The Cure D&#8217;Ars Today<\/a> which not only was a great biography of St. John Vianney, but included many great turns of phrases. On a side note whenever I hear Fr. Rutler&#8217;s name I am reminded of The <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Rutles\">Rutles<\/a>, a parody band from some members of Monty Python.
