Levy wrote in the appeal filed at the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of<br \/>\nAppeals.<\/font> <a\nhref=\"http:\/\/apnews.excite.com\/article\/20020923\/D7M7K5D00.html\">Full<br \/>\narticle<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Why is it that the word dignity seems to always pop-up in<br \/>\nundignified groups and laws? Dignitas assists people with suicide in<br \/>\nSwitzerland, Dignity discourages people with same-sex attraction from being<br \/>\nchaste, and Oregon&#8217;s Death with Dignity act.
