But it turns out it wasn&#8217;t<br \/>\na victory for the Bush administration. His solicitor general Theodore B. Olson<br \/>\non behalf of the United States argued for SCOTUS to classify these demonstrations   under Rico. Yes are pro-life President&#8217;s solicitor general argued that these   pro-life demonstrations were a classic use of force and extortion in the organized   crime setting.
