Perhaps I am guilty of judging a book not by its cover, but by a single review. So I look forward for a review by Steve at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.idlefellows.com\/speculativecatholic\/\">Speculative Catholic<\/a> since he has ordered it. Since I have read and enjoyed most of her books it would be nice to read this one also without theologically flinching.<\/p>\n<p class=\"blog\">It does make me want to contrast the Vampire Lestat and the Jesus contrast. Lestat maintained eternal life by living off of he blood of his victims. Jesus became a victim for us and gives us eternal life by his most Precious Blood. Lestat could only live in the Dark and Jesus is the Light.
