{"id":3067,"date":"2008-01-19T16:06:27","date_gmt":"2008-01-19T21:06:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8888\/2008\/01\/19\/cocaine-priest-not-a-priest\/"},"modified":"2008-01-19T16:06:27","modified_gmt":"2008-01-19T21:06:27","slug":"cocaine-priest-not-a-priest","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.splendoroftruth.com\/curtjester\/2008\/01\/cocaine-priest-not-a-priest\/","title":{"rendered":"Cocaine priest not a priest"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"article\">A Dutch man was arrested after<br \/>\npretending to be a Catholic priest and hiding cocaine in his robes.<\/p>\n<p>The suspect raised suspicion when he refused to have a routine body<br \/>\ncheck at Amsterdam&#8217;s Schiphol Airport &#8220;for religious reasons&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>After attempting to go through a different gate, the man was searched<br \/>\nand Dutch police found seven lbs of cocaine taped to his body.<\/p>\n<p>Police spokesman Robert van Kapel said: &#8220;We&#8217;ve seen a lot of things,<br \/>\nbaseballs filled with cocaine, wine bottles, plaster casts, but this is a first.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The man, who was travelling from Bolivia, has now complained his rights have been violated by the mandatory search, but Van Kapel said he will<br \/>\nhave to present his case to a judge.<\/p>\n<p class=\"blog\">What a maroon!
