In a sign of the intensifying battle
\nfor Catholic voters between Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton,
\nparticularly ahead of next month\ufffds Pennsylvania primary, both
\ncandidates have brought Catholic outreach coordinators aboard their
\ncampaigns, God-o-Meter has learned.<\/p>\n
Just last week, Obama\ufffds campaign hired Mark Linton, a legislative aide
\nworking on poverty and other social policy issues in Obama\ufffds Senate
\noffice, as its National Catholic Outreach Coordinator. Linton, who had
\npreviously worked for Catholic Relief Services, is currently focused
\nalmost exclusively on Pennsylvania, where roughly one in three
\nDemocratic voters are expected to be Catholic.<\/p>\n
\ufffdMark\ufffds job is to help get Senator Obama\ufffds message on health care, the
\nwar, and helping American families out to the Catholic grassroots,\ufffd
\nsaid Joshua DuBois, Obama\ufffds National Director of Religious Affairs, in
\nan interview Monday, describing Linton\ufffds role. \ufffdObama is just beginning
\nto introduce himself to Catholics around the country.\ufffd<\/p>\n
The Obama campaign would not grant a request to interview Linton,
\nsaying he\ufffds not an official spokesperson.<\/p>\n
The Clinton camp, meanwhile, has brought aboard Eric McFadden, the
\nformer field director for Catholics in Alliance for the Common Good, a
\nprogressive Washington-based Catholic group founded after the 2004
\nelection to combat conservative Catholic advocacy organizations.<\/p>\n

\nkilling them afterwards, supports cloning of humans for research and
\nkilling them afterwards, supports killing the sick and the elderly if
\nthey want to die or just have an evil family member representing them,
\nplus support other Catholic values like homosexual marriage.
\n Must be able to inform fellow Catholics that voting
\nfor a candidate totally in favor of intrinsic evils is acceptable.
\n That somehow supporting so many moral evils has no bearing on
\ntheir on their character and their decisions. After
\nall a candidate that supports sucking the brains out of children as
\nthey are being born obviously is going to make ethical decisions in
\ntheir presidency.<\/p>\n
\nattack the other Democratic candidate as not being pro-choice enough
\nwhile at the same time reaching out to Catholics telling them it
\ndoesn’t matter if their pro-choice in the first place since political
\ndecision will not bring a culture of life an any way whatsoever.<\/p>\n
\nfrequent and fervent support of abortion actually means that they are working
\non reducing the same.<\/p>\n
\nmemory skills for repeating phrases such as “pro-choice is not
\npro-abortion” and other gems.<\/p>\n
