For seven days they marched around the city, with seven priests at the head, and marched around the city seven times.<\/p>\n<p>To protect your city you do something similar by saying the Magnifcat seven times.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>My soul glorifies the Lord,<br \/>\nmy spirit rejoices in God, my Saviour.<br \/>\nHe looks on his servant in her lowliness;<br \/>\nhenceforth all ages will call me blessed.<br \/>\nThe Almighty works marvels for me.<br \/>\nHoly his name!<br \/>\nHis mercy is from age to age,<br \/>\non those who fear him.<br \/>\nHe puts forth his arm in strength<br \/>\nand scatters the proud-hearted.<br \/>\nHe casts the mighty from their thrones<br \/>\nand raises the lowly.<br \/>\nHe fills the starving with good things,<br \/>\nsends the rich away empty.<br \/>\nHe protects Israel, his servant,<br \/>\nremembering his mercy,<br \/>\nthe mercy promised to our fathers,<br \/>\nto Abraham and his sons for ever.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Because everybody knows to protect your city from outlaws you need the Magnifcat 7.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If your city is being besieged by criminals and you need to protect your city the best way is with the Magnifcat.
