Safe is Sexy

Dawn Eden tipped me off to a new contest by Planned Parenthood Golden Gate.

We're looking for hot new t-shirt designs ! Whether you're a diva fashionista, a graphic designer, or just like to doodle, we want to see what you've got!

    Create a design with one of the following themes:

    * Prevention
    * Safe is Sexy
    * Planned Parenthood is for Everyone

    * T-shirt design submission deadline is December 31, 2007.

    Encourage your friends and family to rate your design!

    * Designs wil be posted on www.ppgg.org and rating will begin January 3, 2008.

    * The highest rated designer will win an iPhone and have the opportunity to get his/her
      design produced on a t-shirt!

Now how could I resist an offer like this. Especially since I am always willing to help them out in my own fashion.  Five years ago they had a poster competition in which I submitted.

    * Making womb and tomb synonymous
    * Depopulating the world one person at a time.
    * Life without consequences
    * Keeping minorities minorities
    * Reach out and abort someone
    * Betcha can't kill just one
    * Giving breath to the culture of death
    * Where is everyone?
    * Doing our best to reduce class size
    * 30 years of providing incest and statutory rape protection
    * Support your local Abortuary
    * Keeping predatory males happy
    * Have you plunged forceps into your kid today?

Along with some full poster designs.  Not only did I not win their competition they never even sent me an email back thanking me for my submissions. But hope springs eternal (unless it is a child entering one of their clinics) and so here are some my my designs based on the contest criteria.

Planned Parenthood Prevention

Safe Is Sexy

Culture of Death

Planned Parenthood is for everyone... as long as you're not an unborn child.

"Planned Parenthood... Mass murder without consequences"

"Planned Parenthood... helping women find their inner genocidal maniac since 1916"

"Planned Parenthood" - because "Eugenics R Us", although accurate, doesn't sound as nice.

It takes a village to slay a child.

Some people aren't special enough to live.

We don't want you. So die.

My Child Is an Honor Student.
Your Child Is a Piece of Tissue.

Because you can't kill that jerk who made you pregnant.

We'll get you, my pretty, and your little kid, too!

PLANNED PARENTHOOD
"Where death is a way of life"

My little sister recently had a baby...when she first found out she
was preggars, she started going through the phone book to get an
official test and find someone to tell her what kind of check-ups she
needed to do.

My sister isn't as into watching the buisness side of abortion-- she
deals with folks and is good at just talking...but she didn't know PP
is an abortion group. (Now that I look back, the only time it was
mentioned in our sex ed classes was as a condom provider.)

She calls up and says:
"Hi! I'm pregnant, I was wondering-"
"We can't schedual your abortion for two weeks."
"ABORTION?"

First time she ever hung up on anyone, so far as I know.....
(The kid is now a month old, and delightful.)

"Safe is Sexy...Ok, it's not really either, but it sounds better than the truth."

"Life begins at the moment of conception and ends at Planned Parenthood"

that is truly witty stuff. Nasty. But witty. Nice job.

Great slogans!

Children enter abortion clinics, but no child comes out alive.

I wonder why you never got an e-mail thanking you for your submissions :) :) This is hilarious, great post.

Why stop at an Abortion?

Why not kill yourself and your partner also and put an end to Global Warming?

Planned Parenthood:

Every Child Left Behind.

Klan Parenthood!
Because lynching is for amateurs.

http://www.klannedparenthood.com/

Baby in the womb = Baby
Baby outside the womb = Baby
Baby at Planned Parenthood = Body Parts.

Maureen, you were on a roll, there!

I wonder, if we stood outside Planned Parenthood with all these slogans as signs, what would happen? Would we ruin their false image? You all have such good ideas, it would be a shame to let them fall into the archives...

Global warming?

"My parents held back the ocean and all I got was
dismembered."

Prudence being a virtue, safe can certainly be attractive, but I can't think of a clever way to convey a modestly-dressed woman avoiding, say, the dangerous parts of town.

Safe is Sexy!
It's the STDs that suck.

Planned Parenthood is for everyone!
(you rape)

Prevent abortion!
abort future pro-choicers

Planned Parenthood!
Where life begins at deception

Planned Parenthood!
For people who suck at planning and hate the idea of parenting

Planned Parenthood!
We smell man-flesh ^_^

Given their promotion of a sex ed book for kids that is obscene a good slogan might be:

"Planned Parenthood!
Your 1 Stop Source for Porn & Murder!"

Child Left Behind

Love your T-shirts!

Conquering your hormones = human
Conquered by hormones = robot

Flush your troubles away at Planned Parenthood?

I've been thinking, there's so much quiet conjecture about what they do with the dead children, and of course pro-choice advocates think we've all swallowed myths when we repeat what former abortionists say(all old testimonies, now, admittedly)about disposal. Do you remember a campaign focused on the question "What do you do with the body parts?", ever. It's a fair question. I've never heard or read it asked publicly of Planned Parenthood, though.
Of course, there is no such thing as a justifiable response, but that shouldn't stop us from asking the question. Even in war, our enemies are allowed to bury their dead, aren't they? But here we have the tragic death of millions, and we're not "supposed" to ask about their bodies.

Planned Parenthood:
Because girl fetuses turn into women

Wow, the above suggestions are all terrific!

Here's a couple more:

"Prevention: Cause When it Inevitably Fails, We'll Cost Your Baby An Arm and a Leg (in addition to the rest of her tiny body parts)"

"Safe is Sexy: Of Course, By "Safe" We Mean Random Encounters With Strangers Who Only Looked Good Till the Booze Wore Off"

"Planned Parenthood Is For Everyone: It Just *Seems* Like We Specialize in Serving Hookers, Gigolos and Statutory Rapists"

Was up half the night reading PPFA's educational suggestions, wherein they ask peers, parents, and teachers to instruct children in the very SAFEST sex: masturbation! My brain hurts from these people.
And I can't think of a single "innocent" tee-shirt slogan to battle their "ultimate safe sex tip"!!
This is what happens when PP is on the move in your state--(though their goal, which can be confirmed by the tiniest bit o' research, is to infiltrate [oops, reach OUT to] every school child in every state and every woman in every nation) your creative juices dry up! No pun intended, but there it is.

From a t-shirt I saw on campus: "Abstinence makes the heart grow fonder" ....by a student pro-life group.

"Safe is Sexy"
Said the dying condom wearing STD infested patient.

Condoms are sexy?!? Give me a break! Have you ever disposed of a USED condom?!?! Or had one SPILL all over you?!?

I trusted condoms -and wound up with a girl!
Sure beats an STD!

my friend trusted condoms -and wound up with an abortion! (she didn't bother finding out if it was a boy or a girl...)

There's a PP affiliated teen site called Sex, etc that showcases a cartoon about safe condom use. Truly, I think that organization should be sued for the dissemination of false information, not only about LIFE, but about health. They tell teens that condoms are 98% effective if used properly, then they show the many errors that could lead to ineffectiveness, disease, unplanned pregnancy and worst of all, abortion! Of course, the info is delivered via a cutesy cartoon starring condom characters.
If your audience has to be taught "safety" through a cartoon, they're not mature enough to be prudent about anything serious. This audience is made up of teens whose questions and comments on the sites reveal that they are unusually immature and ignorant and therefore shouldn't be expected to use ANYTHING prudently and carefully. Not that there's such a thing as prudent immorality, but this is not good HEALTH, either! And Plan Sanger/Kinsey is old enough to know better.

[sarcasm]

Is sex too pleasurable and meaningful? Does it connect you too intimately to your spouse? Do you feel a vulnerability which exposes your very soul when making love?

Ever wondered how to get all that to stop?

Use a condom! Be safe! Lonely... but safe! Well, not really safe, but close enough. Kinda.

[/sarcasm]

How about short and sweet: "No Child Left Alive"?

Planned Parenthood: We See Small Dead People

Planned Parenthood weapon of mass distruction.

Yes the Greek Captcha is a joke
