Many are questioning the sincerity of Michael Vick's finding Jesus. I won't come down on either side though since I don't have a dog in this fight.

Well, it remains to be seen whether his new conviction will stand after the judgement is awarded and punishment begins.
Maybe so, but I get miffed at this 'finding Jesus' stuff. What? Was HE lost? Did Jesus get misplaced again? grrrrr. How about Christ got through to me...put the being lost where it belongs..on the sinner, not the savior.

So Michael found Christ, eh? Guess He didn't hide very well. Am I evil for suggesting that when Mike did find Jesus, His first words were, "I am usually ready to forgive, but buddy, you are REALLY screwed on this one!"??!
I can see how being in a desperate situation that may mean jail time and a loss of wealth could lead someone to faith. Though, I am still telling my inner cynic to hush.
Isn't it a little early for the convict to start using our Lord as part of his scripted plea for sympathy?
I can't judge the state of a man's soul, but I don't think it was wise of him to try compensate by letting his dogs drive Lance Briggs Lamborghini.
I find it HIGHLY offensive to my faith when celebrities suddenly find Jesus after doing something bad. Hasn't that been played out enough now for people to realize it doesn't get you sympathy anymore, but merely makes you look like even more of a jerk? Just once I'd like to see someone famous come out and say they've found Jesus without any prompting from their manager.
Aw, I LIKE when celebrities find Jesus and then follow Him. Like MC Hammer and that nun who used to date Elvis. ;)
