Veritatis Splendor struck me with the Catholic Devotions Meme!
1. Favorite devotion or prayer to Jesus? Well first I decided to check Fr. Hardon's awesome Catholic dictionary as to the exact meaning of devotion.
The disposition of will to do promptly what concerns the worship and service of God. Although devotion is primarily a disposition of attitude of the will, acts of the will that proceed from such disposition are also expressions of devotion. Essential to devotion is readiness to do whatever gives honor to God whether in public or private prayer (worship) or in doing the will of God (service). A person who is thus disposed is said to be devoted. His devotedness is ultimately rooted in a great love for God which in spiritual theology is often called devotion.
I looked it up because in common parlance a devotion has come to mean specific devotions such as to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. With Fr. Hardon's broader meaning I would start first with The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, followed by Prayer in front of the Blessed Sacrament, Liturgy of the Hours, and then specific devotions such as the Divine Mercy, the Sacred Heart of Jesus, and the Jesus Prayer.
2. Favorite Marian devotion or prayer? Our Lady of Mt Carmel and the Rosary. Though truly the Rosary jumps the gap between Marian devotions and devotions to Jesus. The heartbeat of the Rosary is Mary, but the object is very Christocentric.
3. Do you wear a scapular or medal? The trusty Catholic both/and applies here. Brown Scapular with a St. Benedict medal.
4. Do you have holy water in your home? Yes several bottles. I always start my morning prayer with it and plus you just never know when Linda Blair might make a house call.
5. Do you 'offer up' your sufferings? Yes, when I remember to. Collasians 1:24 "Now I rejoice in my sufferings for your sake, and in my flesh I complete what is lacking in Christ's afflictions for the sake of his body, that is, the church," seems to be one of the best kept secrets in Christianity. When I first came to understand the Catholic view of this I became amazed with wonder that God allows us to enter in to his own suffering and that are own sufferings are not to no avail.
6. Do you observe First Fridays and First Saturdays? First Fridays. I just love benediction and praying before the monstrance after Mass.
7. Do you go to Eucharistic Adoration? How frequently? Weekly.
8. Are you a Saturday evening Mass person or Sunday morning Mass person? A Sunday Noon person since that is when we generally go to Sunday Mass.
9. Do you say prayers at mealtime? Yes. Coming from atheism I finally had someone to thank without looking in a mirror. Though it took me a while to not be uncomfortable to do this in public.
10. Favorite Saint(s)? The Virgin Mary, St. Teresa of Avila, St. John of the Cross, St. Teresa Benedicta of the Cross. St. Thomas Aquinas, St. Francis, St. Maximillian Kolbe, St. Thomas More, St. John Vianney, St. Faustina, St Monica and St. Augustine, St. Ignatius of Antioch, St. Justin Martyr. St. John Chrysostom, St. Athanasius, well you get the idea.
11. Can you recite the Apostles Creed by heart? I don't know the version of the Apostles Creed by Heart. Though I generally like the work of the Wilson sisters. But seriously yes, and I seldom get the Apostles Creed and the Nicene Creed mixed up anymore.
12. Do you usually say short prayers (aspirations) during the course of the day? Yes the Jesus Prayer.
13. Bonus Question: When you pass by a automobile accident or other serious mishap, do you say a quick prayer for the folks involved? Yes when I remember to.

I'm doing the same meme, it's a great chance to share your personal faith! I agree with you that our opportunity to "make up what is lacking from the sacrifice of Christ", is a well-kept secret. But not to any of us who are devotees of the Little Flower, she truly lived to offer her sufferings, she made it into her most powerful spiritual weapon.

devotion: Sacred Heart
prayer: Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, Eucharistic Adoration
2. Favorite Marian devotion or prayer?
Rosary, Magnificat, "O Mary conceived without sin..."
3. Do you wear a scapular or medal?
The Miraculous Medal
4. Do you have holy water in your home?
yes. I usually cross myself with it when standing up in the morning and before going to sleep.
5. Do you 'offer up' your sufferings?
Yes, if I remember - usually for the sake of the soul of an acquaintance, a mother or two, who died in July at the age of just 45.
6. Do you observe First Fridays and First Saturdays?
Sadly, no.
7. Do you go to Eucharistic Adoration? How frequently?
Yes. Usually, when I pass by the local cathedral (St Stephen's Cathedral in Vienna, Austria). In May, I also go to services devoted to Mary (what's their name in English?).
8. Are you a Saturday evening Mass person or Sunday morning Mass person?
A Sunday evening Mass person. Though I also go sometimes on Sunday mornings (very-very rarely on Saturday evening).
9. Do you say prayers at mealtime?
Yes, but in silence.
10. Favorite Saint(s)?
The BVM, St Joseph, St Augustine, St Monica, St Maximilian Kolbe, St Edith Stein, St Francis de Sales...
11. Can you recite the Apostles Creed by heart?
Sure. Also the Nicene Creed - though "only" in Latin... ;-)
12. Do you usually say short prayers (aspirations) during the course of the day?
Yes, the "O Mary conceived without sin...", the "O my Jesus...", the Catena Legionis (as I'm aspiring to become a member of the Legion of Mary), a novena to the BVM for the sake of a family member.

Yes, if I remember. Also when I hear someone has died.

Rosary once per day.

Yes. Up until Christmas I had an Eastern Tri-bar crucifix medal… but as a Christmas present I received a very nice “Spas Nerukotvornyi” (Uncreated Savior) gold-and-silver medal which is better known in the West as the image left of Christ’s face on Veronica’s veil (http://www.univer.omsk.su/students/adel/im/Ico00.jpg). This medal represents my “home” icon since the halo contains the Greek letters “ho On” or the Being, from which the word ontology is derived.
4. Do you have Holy Water in your home?
Yes—available to all who enter just inside the entrance to our apartment in a little Sacred Heart cistern.
5. Do you “offer up” your sufferings?
Yes… but far less than I should. Thanks for the reminder.

Once a month at a minimum because it often follows Mass with a litany.

St. Thomas Aquinas, St. Michael the Archangel. I try to pray to others on their feast or memorial days.

Almost, but that’s because I substitute the Nicene Creed for it. Now, what language would you like to hear it in—English, Ukrainian, or Latin?
12. Do you usually say short prayers (aspirations) during the course of the day?
Less than usually but nevertheless quite a bit: the Hail Mary most often, followed by the Our Father, the Doxology, and the Jesus Prayer... usually rotating through the three languages noted above.
