Where in the world.

Are you a Catholic parent looking for the best educational experiences for your children? Would you like a truly educational game that teaches geography in a Catholic setting? Were you a fan of the old Carmen Sandiego series. If you answered yes to those questions than we have the game for you.

Vatican Soft introduces the best educational experience to help teach geography via everyone's favorite wacky bishop, Archbishop Emmanuel Milingo. Your child will learn world geography as the Archbishop disappears and reappears around the world. You just never know where he is going to show up next. He could show up in Zambia, Korea, the Vatican, Washington, D.C. or just about anywhere in the world at any time.

Follow the clues when he inevitably disappears once again and try to track where he has gone. Unfortunately the Vatican has not yet inserted a GPS tag below his skin to easily track him, but this gives you the opportunity to use your intellect to discover clues and find his present location. Each game scenario is time sensitive and you better hurry before he surfaces and subsequently jumps below the radar once again.

You will be amazed at all the possibilities surprisingly based on real life events. Will he show up in a soul group, a Moonie wedding, sackcloth and ashes at the Vatican, or in the capitol of the United States announcing a new mission to end celibacy for priests? Who knows where he might show up next, but it is your task to give it a shot. Regardless, you are sure to learn lots of world geography along the way.

So gear up for a world-wide adventure that will intellectually keep you on your toes and learn about hundreds of countries and cities along the way.

Where in the World is Archbishop Milingo is loads of fun and you will soon forget this is an educational game as you chase Archbishop Milingo around the world. The Vatican has a hard time keeping tabs on him, can you do better?

Thanks, but I think I'll just wait around for the "Where in the (9 Circles of) Hell is Archbishop Milingo?"

He married in a Mooninite wedding, goes globe-trotting at will on the Church's coin, and goes out of his way to publicly flaunt Church teachings.

So seriously is there anything that can get you excommunicated anymore? How is it this man can wear Vatican robes?

-

He has eloped with Carmen Sandiego.

.

The Loot, the Warrant, Archi-B!

He'd make a great competitor in the next Season of the Amazing Race

I clicked this in bloglines and the first thing I read was the box cover and that was enough to make me start laughing out loud. Too funny.

Um...are you SURE this is a game for children 9 to 12? I mean, this guy isn't exactly who I want my kids looking for. ;)

Amusing, but also frightening if it is his intention to make Moonies out of African Catholics.

Rockapella!

Jeff, another big score with this one. I love this blog.

I'm with d:
"Do it Rockapella!"

I'll wait for "Where on the Moon(ie) is Archbishop Milingo".

And as far as Church doctrine goes, he sure doesn't speak MY lingo.

Funny post, Jeff!

He's an "emeritus" archbishop, and soon will be an "ex-" archbishop. I wonder how welcome he is in Zambia anymore.

Milingo Biography

My local paper is still covering this guy like he's in a totally legitimate position and is simply disagreeing with "the Vatican."

I thought this was a real game!

Bonus Module!!! Sex education for the confused--Free Discussion Worksheets where the learner gets to explore what is a marriage and what isn't in the safety of the supportive learning environment of home. No extra charge.

More seriously: Hasn't it ever dawned on the poor cretin archbishop that protesting for married clergy would only work if there was an actual marriage involved? It looks like he's campaigning for the right to ubiquitously run around the globe chasing insane chinese ladies for sex. With running commentary. And of course, this would be a problem for an archbishop.

Earth to Milingo, come in Milingo......

One more warning and then slap this guy with an excommunication. I refuse to believe that what LeFebvre did was worse than this.

I like New Advent's headline about Milingo - "Archbishop Milingo chews his leash off" or something to that extent.

Gotta love how we can capitalize on a**h***s like Milingo.

This is the hardest I have laughed at any post, ever! Jeff, you are divinely inspired.

"chews his leash off" ----Hah, The laugh of the day. Thanks, BMP.

No prob Michigan Catholic (LOL).
BTW, I just checked out New Advent. Their actual headline is Milingo Chews Through His Leash Again. I love it!
BMP

Its being followed up with a game from Dr. Phil called:

"What in the Hell were you...."

I worry about the 150,000 married clergy Archbishop M. is claiming to champion. What if they don't want his advocacy? After all, it appears that his methods will obstruct the path to their reconciliation. I do pray that they will be reconciled to us; their absence is a terrible wound. But, having broken a real rule in order to obey their consciences, in the case of those who truly felt called to marriage after ordination, (and out of 150,000 i'm sure at least one dual vocation is true)they need to ask for the Pope's mercy, not demand justice. Surely it is always right to pray for mercy for our brothers?
