Lively for saying the I am in contention for the Catholic "Weird Al" title.
I am a long time Dr. Demento fan, where
I first heard the young "Weird Al"
Yankovic, and a fan of parody songs. Now if I could only sing (in key) and
play the guitar (definitely a amateur here) they might actually have cause to
worry.
Nick Alexander has really good Catholic themed parodies and Apologetix does the same from the Evangelical angle. There is a site called Parodiety that has Christianized lyrics of popular songs. I typed "Catholic Parodies" into Google, but all I got was links to the next Archbishop of Canterbury.
