Searching
I ran across the below real church sign and figured it needed an answer via the church sign generator.

This is from a post I did over 4 years ago
| St. Anthony

St Anthony is also the patron saint of lost causes.
Posted by Chris email at April 27, 2007 12:46 AMHow about the following which I saw on a church sign about ten years ago: "DEATH IS A COMA, NOT A PERIOD"
I think it was a Lutheran church. He is still good for a chuckle now and then...
Posted by Paul K. email at April 27, 2007 2:18 AMMaybe it is the computers here at Loras, but I haven't been able to make out what the original sign says?
Posted by Al email at April 27, 2007 2:30 AMI thought St Jude was patron of lost causes.
Posted by Pat email at April 27, 2007 10:11 AMAl, the original sign says "Google can't satisfy every search". :-)
Posted by Michael email at April 27, 2007 10:53 AMAl,
Loras as in Dubuque, IA?
You are right Robert but St. Rita is the patroness of impossible causes.
Posted by Ed email at April 27, 2007 3:40 PMAl,
The sign is fine for me, and I am also at Loras. Cool to find another Loras reader here!
Posted by mary email at April 27, 2007 8:51 PMMary,
I know. I went there in 1984. Just seeing if there was another.
Thanks though.
Dean
Michael,
Thanks. Now it makes sense. Love it.
Mary,
I think I can explain the discrepency in screen quality. You are a FT student, thus you have a laptop, I don't. I have to use the PC at my desk or those in the library. I think that makes the difference in your being able to read it clearly.
Hope you had fun at Taste of Loras Fri. Now it is time to get back to studying as finals are only a little over a week away. ;)
PS Love the singing gerbil!
Dean,
For better or worse, there is only 1 Loras College. & it is here in DBQ. & if you ever run into anyone with the 1st name of Loras, I can guarentee you that he has a DBQ connection.
